This layer not only acts as the secondary waterproofing protection for the system, but it must also be able to withstand high temperatures. We have solved that problem! The choice is easy with R-Mer Seal, Garland’s new self-adhering, high-temp metal roofing underlayment for use as a continuous secondary waterproofing underlayment under Garland’s high-performance metal roof systems.
